Keith began in the factoring business in 1975 upon receiving his Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University in Dallas. Keith teamed up with Harold Goodman in 1979, and has facilitated the company's strong growth experienced since such time, much of which has come to us in the form of referrals from our many satisfied current and past clients. Keith's rich expertise and experience among the retail credit community has served the many clients of Goodman Factors quite well, by averting potential credit losses through effective credit management. Goodman and its clients, for the greatest part, have been able to avoid massive credit losses experienced by others with the unprecedented number of bankruptcy filings recorded in the last 20 years.

Bret joined the company in 1992 in a sales capacity, having spent the previous ten years in the commercial banking industry.  Benefitting from his finance background and relationships within the industry, Bret has helped the company to grow ten-fold in the course of his 20 plus year tenure, mainly by expanding Goodman’s market presence to markets outside of Texas, from New York to California and all points between.  Bret serves on multiple boards, including that of a well-known private school in Dallas as well as on the Elder Board of his church.

Jessie has been with Goodman since 1998. Prior to joining our management team, was Vice President of sales and marketing for an apparel company. He gained extensive knowledge in financing, manufacturing, delivery deadlines, credit risk, collections and customer service. Having run a small business, his insight is beneficial to the needs of our clients. Prior to that, his background was sales and management within the transportation industry, which has also equipped him with a solid understanding of the needs and operations for large, medium and small trucking companies.

Alexandra brings with her 13 years of experience in the apparel and factoring industry. She is focused on helping emerging companies grow. Alexandra specializes in new business and marketing. Her arms reach from California to New York servicing all industries which include the apparel industry. Her extensive knowledge has enabled Alexandra to also become a guest teacher at CSNU and FIDM, helping the next generation achieve their goals. She is a committee member of City of Hope, National Jewish Health and Future of Hope.

Skylar Joined Goodman in 2017 having 7 years of industry experience ranging from underwriting and operations to sales and sales management. Skylar has a vast experience working with businesses in many industries, with his main motivation being to help his clients become as prosperous and successful as possible. While not working Skylar likes to spend time with his wife and two small children. Being a California transplant who loves to surf, Skylar has had to take up other hobbies such as biking and hiking since moving to Austin. Skylar is a self-proclaimed foodie who greatly enjoys both dining out as well as preparing meals at home.

Janette has been a part of the factoring industry for 23 years, having spent the past 20 of those years leading the sales team at Vertex Financial.  Her knowledge and experience in all aspects of the transaction has been instrumental in building long lasting relationships with not only her clients but her referral relationships across the United States.  She is known for her strong referral partner relationships and connecting them with others.  Janette has been an active member in the Commercial Finance Association, The Finance Forum, ACG, International Factoring Association, TMA and Women’s Finance Exchange.  She also has held a seat on several of their boards.

To call Jim a seasoned veteran of the banking and financing industry would be an understatement. Jim first joined First National Bank in Dallas in 1972, about the same time that Goodman Factors was started. Jim brings a wealth of experience to his duties at Goodman, including an innate ability to solve problems and a strong attention to detail. Jim is now in his 20th year with Goodman, and he has been an important part of the success that the company has attained.

We at Goodman regard all of our employees as valuable, but Tina arguably embodies that description as much as anyone. Tina’s experience in the factoring industry dates back to the late 1980’s where she served as the Operations Manager of Richards Capital before joining Goodman in 1999. In addition to managing the credit department of Goodman, Tina also oversees the invoice purchasing process on a daily basis as well as interfaces with our factoring software provider. Like many of the Goodman employees she wears many hats and is capable of performing virtually any function within the company – each with a high level of proficiency.



Harold Goodman
Chairman Emeritus
Now Retired

Harold's experience in this industry dates back to 1958 when he joined Merchant's Factors in Dallas, having graduated from the University of Texas and having spent two years in the armed services. Harold founded Goodman Factors in 1972, using the small amount of savings he had accumulated along with some loans from his family. He has watched the company grow from invoice purchases of less than $1 million in his first year to over $400 million today. Though he has since retired from active employment Harold still routinely visits the Dallas office and remains an icon in our industry.
